This app doesnt work with iOS version 8.1.1

Hi all,
Please be sure to have THE MOST RECENT version of iOS before install (even then Im not sure it will help). I emailed their app support team as the app was crashing, turned my screen bright white. I tried erasing and redownloading the app many times, turning my phone on and off, clearing my apps, everything. The only thing I was able to do with the app at one point was pay the 7.99 monthly fee for access to all the features at which point the app stopped working shortly after. Coincidence...I think not. I guess the developers think youll sit there paying 7.99 a month for an app that doesnt work. They dont even offer you a refund. No Ian...no I will not. Dont waste your time with their customer support, thats awful as well. They cant even test on all (w/in the last 1.5 years) iOS versions!
